From our origins as Newburn Consultancy Services the Company has grown rapidly to have a client base throughout the UK ranging from multinational organisations to small privately owned companies without specialist in - house resources. We are familiar with the different business constraints that our clients work within; from the continuous shift, safety and quality requirements of process industries to the more flexible working arrangements, recruitment and retention issues within design, development and service organisations.

Much of our growth has come from client recommendation and is underpinned by our core values of integrity, personal responsibility, on-time delivery, honest communication and our commitment to exceed client expectations.

John Stothard is our Managing Director and Principal Consultant. Previously he held a number of Human Resource and Executive Management positions with GEC Marconi, Sybron (Henry Balfour & Co), Schlumberger, Philips, Burr-Brown and Texas Instruments.

With a B.Sc. in Electronics and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, John's experience covers all aspects and management of Human Resource and Personnel activities in the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Italy and the Netherlands.
